Yearbooks

First, I would like to say, congratulations to the Poke fans who graduated high school/secondary school (depends on where you're from), etc. This picture also serves as a bit of a gift to you.

Wow, I can't believe I ACTUALLY was patient enough to finish such a big ass picture like this!  

Anyway, this pic is rather late due to the fact yearbook season is over at this point, but I wasn't going to give up on it simply because of that. This is by far my most challenging artwork I've ever did. Therefore, that's why I took quite a while. Either way, I'm actually proud of how this turned out!! After almost hours of trying to adjust the color balance and overlays to try to give this a vivid look, it was kinda worth it in the end. :3

So here is the return of my genetically mutated Cofagrigus OC, Neferette (return as in the first actual pic I did of her in almost four years), who is shown to be the center of attention for the signings. Seems her extra arms and being ambidextrous was the best way to go for the other Pokemon to fight the crowds to get a signature from her.
Aside from that, I wanted to have more than just the signings go on. I added in a conversation with a Cinccino (who I called Stacie...how original) and her friend, Aya (Espeon), making the young Cinccino occupied until Nef was ready to sign her book.

And to add some comedy, I included a Hawlucha using party string foam to celebrate the end of the school year, in which he is too excited to where he sprays it on a Haunter teacher (the Haunter can be said to have an Everstone). I only found one brush in particular in a set I used from someone here that to me looked like the string foam the most. However, that part was where I had the most fun out of the entire pic. XDDDD This was inspired by a scene at a movie I used to watch constantly back when I was 10-11 yrs old.

To take the easy way out, let's say this was graduation day with an extra yearbook signing day. Why? Because graduation season wasn't too long ago. Some of the Pokes could be getting extra signatures or didn't get to Nef during the first signings.

Plus, I wanted to include at least one Pokemon from all gens, although I only have one Hoenn Poke in this picture (Castform). -_- What's also interesting is that I included 4 Ghosts and 4 Normal Types while the other 6 Pokes are something else. Yeah, the two types that can't attack each other if their typing moves contradict. XD I did this mostly without notice because I wanted to have more than just very few Pokes. To be more open minded, some of the Pokemon such as Unown, Beedrill, etc. were picked at random.  This is the first time I kinda did something like this if my PAB series don't count.

This was also my first time learning how to do proper wings and fur, so they weren't the BEST attempts. Either way, I'm still proud of how the wings and for the most part, fur, featured here turned out.

Finally, there's the stone bench, bushes, and senior rock. The senior rock was a last minute addition thanks to a friend I talk to on Pokemon Amino. I really wanted make sure the names were made to look like paint with using the layer mask, but I still think how they looked was me being a bit lazy. And I decided to use a tutorial for the bushes, very helpful indeed, otherwise, they wouldn't look as good in my eyes.  
...For the first time, I actually made a successful stone wall, in which I don't do well with usually.  

Just a little note, the names on that senior rock are the names of the Pokes as follows (from top left to bottom right). Beware, I'm not the best at names as many Pokes I gave common human names (it's usually been like this with my OCs):

Angelyca (called Angel for short)- Aegislash (female), Velma- Dusknoir (female), Mr. Czar- Haunter (obviously male), Gretchen- Gliscor (female), Vivi- Hawlucha (male), Louis- Castform (male), Shelden- Beedrill, (male) Neferette (Nef)- Cofagrigus (female), Daley- Malamar (female), Boris- Primeape (male), Ed- PorygonZ (male), Fenn- Unown (male), Stacie- Cinccino (female), Aya- Espeon (female)

...Just an FYI, although PorygonZ and Unown are genderless, Ed and Fenn respectively are portrayed as males in this picture.

I suggest downloading this for full view in order to at least read some of my writing (don't tell these Pokes that) inside the yearbooks (which I wasn't too satisfied with actually). Plus, the details of this piccy of course!! X3
