*sigh* I'm so sorry that this is soooooo late! This was supposed to be up before the New Year, but I got lazy and busy with other crap during the break to where this was late by what? 2 weeks already? x_x
Anyway, this is supposed to be the Christmas picture for 2014. I decided to go back to the Luigi's Mansion fanart after over a year. I have held off a picture relating to the four children you encounter in the game for months, but this is the picture I put them in.
...So, here I had the four kids have some trouble setting up for the holidays...Probably because they think they could set up the festivities alone and not get the adults to help lol. Well, just for laughs, I had Chauncey try to gather some of the cookies laid out for Santa...Ooh, NAUGHTY!!! Bad babeh! :3
I also put Orville on his little plane like in the game, probably wanting to spoil Christmas by putting a bomb on the tree...No wonder I see the twins, especially Orville, as psychos!! O_o They tried to KILL Luigi...And they're 5 YEAR OLD KIDS!! *faints*
As for how I feel about this one, I was experiencing a ghost-like feel to the children (so that's why certain objects are passing through them, it HAS happened in the game with everyone really) rather than making them solid like I did with Jarvis, Melody, and Shivers in my previous LM fanart, which was a HUGE mistake since ghosts are transparent. However, it didn't turn out that great, but next time I do LM art, I'm fully going to use a tutorial I found off here dealing with how to make transparent ghosts in a better way. I had tried to use it in this pic, but I found it after I started the pic. -_- Bad me!! All in all, this is one of my most complex pictures yet, especially on how I have been inactive in submitting shit, and this happens every college semester...Eeesh!! X_X
AND OHMAGAWD I STILL SUCK AT HANDS URRRRRRR!! Maybe I should've colored the kids at a bigger canvas instead of shrinking their sketches then coloring from there.
